WorPress Layout Help (repost)

I need (PHP/MySQL/CSS/WorPress) expert help. The aim of this small project is to rearrange the standard WorPress layout on my website, ensure that MySQL queries using the new layout bare a very minimal stress on MySQL server. I just need a clean code that will allow me to change the layout however I want to in the future. I will provide you with an example, and then you will need to create the PHP/WorPress code using a WorPress theme to accomplish it (without hacking into the core of WP code, so that I may upgrade to a new version without any hassles in the future). It's that simple. Again, clean and commented code is minimum requirement for your work to be accepted. Please submit a demo of your past customized WorPress blogs along with your bid amount. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
