im seeking a system that will allow a person to register themself on my site with several fieldsof further information for each member including a check to make sure that certain fields are not duplicated by other registrations. in turn a user should be bale to register a team , add other registered users to it allowing them to be in only one teams roster at any given time. the team should also have fields that can be edited by the founding member ( or by other members they may designate ) the teams page would also link to their results against the other teams. we run a league format as opposed to a ladder, and would require a simple system where we can add a result or fixture that would be automatically updates and shown in the league tables. we woud also need to be able to edit these fixtures easily. there would be a team of admins who can log in and set up these fixtures and enter results so we would not need the teams to be have access to [login to view URL] currently run an e107 based site and would prefer to continue doing so if that were possible. if it were not , we would be looking to have this integrated with forums so we didnt need people to log register/log in twice. this is our current site [[login to view URL],[login to view URL]][1] currently all our details are entered manually after being sent to us via the private message system on site. this is what we are trying to avoid having to do. our understanding of php and mysql is somewhat limited , so we would be looking to have this ( if not as an e107 plug in ) on some kind of self installer with minimum work on our part. to make this more easy to visualize , please go check out [[login to view URL]][2] . this is the sort of thing we are striving for. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
