Currently we have website which is a database driven and it has basic membership data .The whole idea is making an online TOEFL Speech exam for the members “the students??. The speech exam consists of deferent types of questions, some are voice and others are text only. The member “the student?? is going to take the exam online. He will hear or read the question, and within a specific time frame he will have to answer the question using his mic. The recorded answer will be stored in his membership area which he can listen to it later and for the admin "teacher" to listen to it and give a score for the answer. Additional option also needed is to have real time conversation (audio/video) between the teacher and the student. The winning bidder task will be integrating the current membership tables and creates a membership area for the students "the users" to take the exam and see their history of exams/answers plus the option of having real-time video/audio conversation with a teacher. Additionally creating a back end to administer this system, by “adding/editing/deleting questions or member’s data??. That was a brief description of the task. We are open to your suggestions on how to implement those requirements either using java or flash or anything else in your mind. Coders who have done something similar have a huge chance of winning this bid. If you can show a working sample online of a similar project is a big plus. We have suffered before in one project because of not meeting deadlines, this project deadline is critical. And communication during the project development is critical too. One weekly report is not enough. Please specify in your bid in which technology you are going to use in this task and the time frame which is appropriate for you to complete it.
