Joomla Expert to Tweak Components

I have a new website, <[login to view URL]>, which needs to have a few add-on components tweaked before I take it totally live. One of the site's features is that readers can rate and review the DVDs that have been profiled. For that, I had the XTD Ratings component added. I also need SEO friendly URLs, so I added the 404 SEF component - they don't seem to work together, or need tweaks to do so that are beyond my capabilities. (Either that, or I need different solutions for what I need.) I am also running the Mrrat Amazon script, and I need to have a template built to work for that - I hear there is a Joomla component for that too. I also would like to know why my Adsense isn't showing up on the homepage, although it appears everywhere else. The site's running on Joomla version 1.05; for all I know upgrading it to 1.0.8 might help with some of this. In any case I'd like to upgrade to the most current version of Joomla. In other words, this is a lot of little, piecemeal stuff that's probably pretty basic. But I'm not a coder. In fact, it's pretty surprising that I got the site to do as much as I have with so little help! Mainly, I figure that instead of spending a few days wracking my brain over these fixes, why not hire someone who can do all this in probably a couple of hours or so? Obviously, the right person for this will be very experienced with Joomla and know all its ins and outs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Joomla CMS (preferably upgraded to 1.0.8), Linux Operating System, Apache 1.3.34 (Unix), Must continue to look good across all browsers
