Convert Excel Data To Multiple HTML Pages

Looking for a script to pull data from an excel file and turn it into a bunch of html pages. The easiest way to describe the project is to download the zip file and see the data and example. If you take a look at the file I uploaded there is a data file and html file. In that data file there are 8 columns and 1500 rows or so of data in the excel sheet. I am looking for a script that can take the data off that sheet and turn it into multiple tables. I have given an example of what one of the finished tables should look like in that zip file as well. I am looking to make multiple individual table where the data in the team_abbr column is the same. So I used Air Force as the example. We would need the exact same thing for each different team_abbr. The output file will be the name listed in the team_abbr file minus any spaces or periods.
