Controlled Substance Inventory Reports

This is a report generation software in VB I receive different drugs on different dates with invoices. After I enter this data into the program it should enable me to produce reports for individual drug for a given period of time, Drugs ordered for a specific invoice, specific date and the total number of drugs for a given period. I want Drug field and NDC field, quantity field and invoice field, date field. Every Drug has its own NDC number. I should be able to look up a drug with the NDC number or look up a NDC number by the name of the drug. NDC is a 10 digit code for a drug and there are 160 drugs. Eacn invoice has minimum one drug and maximum 10 drugs per order. I have more than 10 invoices per month. I dont want to reenter a data over and over again, so once i enter it it should be stored and should be able to access from any screen. Thank you very much.
