Our CRE Loaded site is running extremely slow. This issue started today with no apparent cause to the problem. I have been in contact with our hosting provider and they insist that there is no issue with the server and that it is a script issue. They recommend that we have to optimize our shopping cart. This is an urgent project and needs to be started immediately. If you are working on other projects and cannot start immediately, please do not bid. To be considered for this project, please let me know what you will do to optimize the site.

1. We will do mysql query log to check sql queries that are slow. 2. Check Db level indexing. 3. Make sure no script is consuming time and resources both at a time for a pretty long duration. 4. Check your htaccess for max memory limit and time limit. 5. If needed add few cache blocks to reduct sql queries..
