MSN Emoticons Add On

I need an application similar to the one at [login to view URL] However this must also be done I will make my own emoticons. This installation will contain these emoticons and be installed to msn with the plugin. I do NOT need the toast and background functinality placed in the above addon. Also, we have to have a system where the downloaded file can only be installed once (whether it checks online to see if the serial number or whatever has been used already)... You can reccomend the best way of doing this.. I am looking for this to be done quickly and I will reward this project immediately upon close..
