Option a)
A global hook dll written c++ and sample c# code that implements the dll, that translates all keyboard strokes to a c# event when the calling program is running.
OR
Option b)
A global hook c# component/assembly that translates all keyboard strokes to a c# event when the calling program is running.
Both options must consider the following:
ALL key strokes must be forwarded and translated as a c# event when the calling program is running. Perhaps there could be Start and End functions that can be called on form Load and Close events. Key values must be passed to the c# event so the code in the event can interrogate the values and determine what needs to occur. Regardless of what foreign apps may popup to the system's focus, start or end, the keystrokes must always be translated.
Either option must be fully implementable into .NET Visual Studio, would prefer a c# control please.
