online web scraper/extractor

Would like someone to custom build an online data scraper (can be desktop based but prefer web based) mainly for grabbing specific info from real estate listings and then exporting this data / injecting into MS Access (or excel, but prefer injection)

I have chosen some features from some already exitsing software that i like = web data extractor + web content extractor + happy harvester, so if you can combine these that would be great.

The full specs are in the attached document

would prefer someone who already has experience building scrapers or similar software, AND CAN SHOW THE EXAMPLES TO BACK IT UP, must be able to handle 10,000 urls so must not crash!
