Dear Coder,
Our company is looking to redesign our corporate website. You can view our current website at frazerconsultants.com. We are looking for a whole new design. One site that we kind of like is funeralone.com. The one thing that we like about it is the flash header. If we do something that is similar for a flash header, we would want a whole different idea on that text that we would use, which we have attached in a zip file to this project. This project is going to include all the features that are currently on our existing website, plus we will have to add a few more products and update the text and images. We are looking for a site that has a CMS backend so that it is easier for our staff to keep it up to date. The contact form will also need to be updated. We also have a new company logo, which we have also included in the zip folder. In the zip folder, we have given a few ideas on how we would want the new site to look. However, this should be used as more of a refferance, not a "guide". I would like to leave the design part up to you. When you submit a bid, please provide us with a sample portfolio. I will look very closly at your flash & design skills in general. I also need to make sure that you are going to be available in the future for any additional updates. Thanks,
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
