Login issue with Crystal reports and IIS

We have a ASP.NET website. The site has a report that connects directly to an Oracle database. The thing is: On the testing servers it works correctly, but on the production server there is an error with Crystal that states "The report you requested requires further information". We have tried the solutions that a Google search on the matter produce, but they don't seem to work.

1. The rpt that produces the error
2. The code we are using to create it
We have to further insist: This works on one server but does not work on the other.
One server is in spanish and the other is in english, but they have the same version of IIS.
The tnsnames files are the same, except that one connects to the testing database and the pther one connects to the production one. We tried connecting the testing web server with the production DB and it worked. We are assuming it has something to do with IIS. We have checked screen by screen, but other that the fact that the testing server allows ASPs (not ASP .NET, but plain old ASP), the sees the same.
Both web servers are windows 2008, Web Server.
Testing database is Oracle 10g on Windows
Productioon database is Oracle 11g on Linux RHEL5.8.
