Amazon MWS Get Tracking number by API

We only need a php class or method which can get the tracking number from the Amazon seller account, provided that the API key is given. We need: Tracking Number plus the ORDER info (return by amazon class) such as order ID, buyer email, buyer address, item id. i don't need UI design or anything, can hardcode the api key in php. i need the php Class only show us your working copy, Amazon API key will be given for testing. payment by escrow only, show your working version in your server. as long as we see the tracking number, we paid in escrow and once it work in our server. we release the payment.
