A dynamic wordpress template - open to bidding

What we need:

We need a page on our website([login to view URL]), on which the user will select a Digital e resume plan ([login to view URL]) i.e either basic, standard or premium plan. Now when the user will choose his plan he will make payment. Now the user will choose his domain name and webhosting and buy from our page. When the user has finished buying our package, Domain name and webhosting, he will be allowed to fill up the form on [login to view URL]

After the user fill up the form and clicks the submit button, his filled up information will be reflected in his domain name like in [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or http://adibaahmed.com.

How it should be done?

We have wordpress themes which are open source. So whenever the user will buy our package and fill up the form, the changes must be made on the theme and automatically saved. Like first you need to download the theme. Apply all the changes which will be always same like the menus, footer link(designed by webconsolidates), header link, favicon like in http://ervaibhavgupta.com. Now there are few things that are dynamic and has to be modified by replacing them with the informations entered by user. Like the name he enters in his form, will be reflected in the name in the theme. His resume, portfolio photos will be filled up according to the pics he uploads etc.
