Convert existing site to a wordpress template

I would like to have the website [login to view URL] / converted to a wordpress theme for use on Wordpress 4.1. The genesis framework for wordpress can be used as long as a the theme is created as a child theme. Please use the existing images and CSS for the wordpress theme. Any javascript based functionality is expected to work the same or use a wordpress based equivalent (social links in footer for example). Requirements: The theme must remain response as it is now (work on mobile, tablet, desktop) The design must must pass CSS/HTML with no major errors using [login to view URL] The social links on the left side are NOT required. The theme must work with the plugin [login to view URL]
