Make A Slide Show from JPEG Images

I have 107 JPEG images of my mother that I need make into a slide show with music. The image time is 4 seconds per image. It needs to be full from or a small black boarder is fine. I also need a title slide created that runs for 4 seconds before the images start. This must be done in the next 12 hours. It is for a funeral for my mother.
