Alter some Images

Need a graphics person RIGHT NOW for a super QUICK & EASY job..... Have created the following for a Facebook ad (see attached). I want to test this ad against 3 other variations. The only change I want to make for the first 2 variations is to include a different person (in profile) on the left-hand side. I already have the images and will give them to you. I'll give you: (1) An image of a different woman (2) An image of a man Then, for the 3rd version I'll give you a screenshot from a video. I need you to make it look like a video thumbnail, i.e. player with the same text used in the previous images. So this is the only one which is different. I'm looking for someone to do this right NOW i.e. in the next 20 minutes. Fastest to reply will more than likely get the job. Facebook has an annoying 20% text rule for ads. There was originally more text. I'll include the original version and if you have any ideas (or tricks) how to use the same text then that would be great.
