I need candid and a few posed engagement photos

I am planning to propose to my girlfriend on January 1 while on vacation in Malibu, and would like someone to be there to capture the moment, incognito. The job would involve a little hiking to the top of the cliff at Point Dume State Beach and a little waiting. We should arrive a few minutes after you do. I just need you to act like a tourist and take some candid photos of us while my girlfriend isn't paying attention, preferably on a long lens, leading up to and while I'm popping the question. Once that part's over with, I'll call you over and we will take a few posed photos as well. This will not be our official engagement shoot so I don't anticipate needing you on site for more than 30 minutes total. I also do videography and photography for a living, and would prefer to be able to edit the RAWs myself, and save you the time and effort having to deal with Lightroom/Photoshop!
