Existing DB and Code Changes

Please do not bid until you've read everything, and if you have questions, please ask in the project clarification board first. When you state your days to complete, we do need the project's completion to be done on or before that deadline. This is VERY important. We must be able to communicate with you frequently on Skype, with NO communication gaps. We have an existing program which utilizes PERL, MySQL, Javascript, and HTML. There are some updates we need installed into the program. In our program, we have user access and admin view. The pages mentioned all exist... we are just asking for changes to the function of these pages. In the user's view of the summary of their transactions, it shows a table with several columns... we need that table to be copied into the ADMIN's view of the same user's account, and call that 'User's View'. A drop-down menu from which we can choose a user already exists in our program, but we need an additional button to "View Account" of that user next to the other "Add Case" button which is already there. Please move this drop-down menu and both buttons to the top of the screen (they're at the bottom now). Also, anywhere throughout the program where the user's e-mail address or account name appears, it needs to be changed to a link to view the user's account (admin view). We also need the ability (button) to go back to the last-viewed transaction. We need to have an ARCHIVE function for all of our data. This will require some new pages/design, and also data manipulation in existing MySQL DB, with accounting involving many variables. We will need the ability to move all cases that are archived to an *offline* archive. Please bid on this project ONLY IF you like dealing with many variables and are very experienced in it.. This description is vague, and more detailed information can only be delivered after a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is signed and returned to us, and it will require a good amount of COMMUNICATION during the project to ensure that we understand each other. It's very difficult to describe exactly what needs done until or unless you see the existing program and we go through it point by point with you, and describe our business model. Traditional Chinese (Big5) language is used on almost every page, all work must be 100% compatible with the necessary character encoding. Lastly, the program we're talking about is already live and being used by admin and users..Any changes must be done with this in mind, keeping down-time of the program to an absolute minimum.
