CRE LOADED WYSIWYG Editor

We operate a CRE Loaded B2B site. Right now, we are looking for assistance in getting the Image Editor back to where it was prior to the numerous updates we did on it in recent months. Next week it may an update or something else. More than that, we seek an individual(s)that we can call on just about anytime there is a problem. We've worked with GAF's in the past and while they are sometimes quick to respond and assist us, sometimes, we get no reply at all - and from the same individuals we've used in the past! We want to work with those who are reliable in respond time, but mainly, only very proficient in CRE Loaded, Open Source Commerce. If you don't feel you are too busy to be there for us when we are in need of assistance, then please respond immediately with your qualifications and/or recent projects you've worked on.
