I've worked with big migrations from Oracle 8i to PostgreSQL in the past. I've also done recently migrations from MySQL and MongoDB to PostgreSQL. Data migration and normalization are my bread and butter. Of course the estimate of 20 days is based on a very brief description, so the first step would be to assess the exact number of tables to be migrated, and the amount of data being transferred. Based on the initial diagnosis we can set some milestones and work from there
