The successful candidate will be a part of the Global Operations Team, charged with envisioning and implementing meaningful operational improvements and cost saving initiatives. Candidate should have a diverse skillset blended in the areas of Operations, Technology and Business, with the desire and flexibility to work on a wide range of challenging projects.<br /><br />Company Description:<br /><br />Aurea is an international enterprise software company that helps large global enterprises like Disney, British Airways, and eBay create transformative experiences for their end customers. Aurea’s suite of technologies and managed service offerings enable companies in select vertical markets (travel & leisure, retail, energy, and insurance) to design, execute, monitor, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities:<br />Solve interesting and complex technical problems<br />Contribute creative and proactive ways to improve business processes and reduce operating costs across the enterprise<br />Salesforce administration and data quality control<br />Partner/Customer Community development & management<br />Workflow configuration/Apex coding to automate and optimize business processes<br />Engage with vendors/third party applications to build/maintain integration APIs<br />Provide support to teams across the enterprise, including Sales, Marketing, Support, Orders and Finance<br />(Optional) Design and develop Visual Force Pages for Internal/Community Portal usageTotal Compensation: $30,000/year<br /><br />Position type: Full time (40 hours per week)<br /><br />Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados<br /><br />Required Education and Experience:<br />BE/Tech/BS Degree with at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce<br /><br />Proactive personality and problem solving skills<br /><br />English - great communication skills, both written and spoken<br /><br />Your own personal PC (desktop or laptop) with a headset<br /><br />Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce Admin and Development, with experience in Integration APIs and Apex Coding<br /><br />Salesforce certifications are a major plus<br /><br />Proficiency in Microsoft Excel<br /><br />Work 40 hours/week, with flexible timing<br /><br />Ability to follow defined processes and identify and document new ones<br /><br />Able to thrive in an environment of continuous improvement in systems and processes<br /><br />(Optional) French or German language skills<br /><br />We’re one of the few legitimate companies offering high-paying jobs that are 100% remote, work from home.
