Create a SysPrep response file to initialize computer

Windows Server has a tool called [login to view URL] that allows a computer to be 'generalized' in order to create clean base images for deployment in the network. When running the tool alone, the computer enters the Out-of-Box-Experience where the user has to set the computer name and password for the administrator. Sysprep can also be run with an answer file in unattended mode to setup variables. I need an answer file to generalize a Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 computer where I can set 1) the computer name, 2) the administration password and 3) ensure that I can access the computer over RDP when the image is deployed. (I can enable RDP in the base image before running SysPrep, but need to confirm that it does not get disabled.
