hi there, i can configure server to block those countries. we have to install maxmind geo ip apache module and block countries at server level. there are free and paid geoip db which has accurate list of ip ranges. thank you

If html redirect necessary, apache mod-geoip can be installed. Need to compile Apache locally or install mod-geoip pachage from distro repo. Target platform?

If you want to deny ip from china,rusdia,india, I sugguest you need to create a rule in htaceess apache file. It can prevent spam traffic efficiency.

We may block the users by detecting the language their browser is using or by specifying the IP ranges allocated to these countries.
