Experienced Linux + Windows Admin Needed

We are a web hosting company looking to hire an individual server expert with ATLEAST 8 years of experience that can basically handle the tasks that our L1/L2 techs cannot. You MUST speak PERFECT English or your bid will be deleted. Ideally this job is for someone who already works in this field and is online most of the day anyways that can this job on the side. Some of our requirements: - Expert in CentOS and all of its subsystems such as apache, mysql, cPanel, XEN, OpenVZ, nginx, exim, etc but also be able to handle Windows Server issues from time to time. - Expert in optimizing high end traffic server setups and setting up advanced configurations and software for better performance (custom nginx, varnish, php-fpm, mpm- event, apache, various caching softwares, exim, etc) - Atleast 8 years of experience. - Familiar with our WHMCS ticket system - An individual, not a support company - Can be online atleast 8+ hours a day, 5-6 days a week - Speak English very well - we have found too much confusion with techs who cannot understand our clients due to language barriers. - Be able to be alerted by email of tickets you need to resolve or Skype. (1-3 per a day max) - Paid by check or paypal We would prefer to pay per a ticket. What we have in mind is $6 for most tickets and anything that takes some time to resolve can be a $12 ticket.
