Change WP URL Within SSH and Install SSL Certificate Within SSH

Requirements: Must be familiar with an SSH environment. Hosting is Digital Ocean. Must be familiar with navigating and managing databases in SSH. There is NO phpmyadmin installed. I need my Wordpress "site url" change within the database using SSH. I also need an SSL installed on my domain using SSH. Please only bid if you have required experience.
