Hello I know you want to have a mobile version of the website by simply wrapping the current web-site, but we can not publish the app on to App store because Apple Approval team check whether an app is simply wrapped version of an existing website. Apple team explicitly mentions this restriction as their POLICY document. Please google about the issue. The solution is to newly develop a mobile Single Page Application and Hybrid application then wrap in cordodva/phonegap. I want to discuss more details with you so please ping me. Sincerely, Adal

I can develop this project for you in either iOS/Swift or using ionic. Which one is best would require me to know more about your project. It really depends on where the development is taking place and what it is that you are developing. If it's primarily a web-based project which will be viewed on mobile devices, then ionic would most likely be the better choice. If, however, it is a mobile-based app which will view an already generated web page, then developing natively may be a better choice.
