Que tal, Lei tu documento sobre los requerimientos de tu aplicaciones y pienso que tu aplicación se puede realizar en un tiempo relativamente corto, entiendo que la entrada a la base de datos es personalizable y que deseas tener control sin necesidad de mover al codigo. Yo cuento con mas de 3 años de experiencia en Android en los cuales cuento con conocimiento ampleo sobre el manejo de las bases de datos en android y ademas cuento con 3 aplicaciones disponibles en la tienda de google play, estas se encuentran en mi portafolio.
