The Uber app of crowdsourcing.

I need an iPhone&Android app. I would like it designed and built. This is a proprietory app. No app like it on the market at this time. Needs to use Geo locator function like Uber does. This app will use geo-locator as a means of crowd-sourcing while using the mapping function of Uber. Initial payment to developer is low but will sign contract to pay developer $0.10 per download, per purchase. Must be willing to sign non-disclosure, non-compete clause. Must have excellent command of the emglish language. Must be able to communicate via phone. There are too many critical parts which must be communicated properly. Let me be clear: this app will serve millions of people in the U.S. It will be popular and there will be a need for it. As a developer you will make more money on this project than all your other projects combined. This project will be a leap of faith. If you believe in this app's purpose I guarantee you will make lots of money with me. Do not bid on this project if you can't handle geo locator functions and arw unable to launch this via iOS and android.
