Small Android application

I need a small android and windows phone application which would: Blank the screen Draw a small rectangle in the middle of the screen (say 5 pixels by 5 pixels) When the screen is touched or swiped the rectangle should be filled. When touched again the rectangle should be blanked back. This should continue and a counter maintained to count the number of switches. There should be a minimum 5 seconds gap between two switches. At every change in data the values (fill status, number of switches, current date and current time) should be saved to SD card. Whenever connected to the internet the data should be backed up to the internet in my google account as well as in my onedrive. Whenever the application is next started the data should be scanned from all three locations and ensured that they match. If not then a warning message be issued. The application as well as the source code should be provided.
