Need Mobile app developed for iphone and Android. Simple app with minimal features

Looking for experienced mobile app developer to build simple mobile app for iphone and android. Minimal features (details will be discussed during interview). REQUIREMENTS: - upon contract, you will be develop a mock-up of the app (IOS and Android) based on our specs. - Upon approval of the mock-up, you will develop the mobile app, first for IOS and then after for Android. The app must get approved by both Apple and Android (this would be one of the milestones). - you must provide some sort of support and warranty for the app. We can discuss further regarding ongoing support if need be, however, this is a simple app with minimal features. - Must integrate payment processors (Ex. Paypal or Apple Pay). Features will be discussed during interview. * When applying provide mobile app portfolio especially productivity apps or apps related to wellness, tracking (playlists, audio, etc). * As mentioned, very simple app. Note: we are not interested in paying monthly fees as we are already Apple developers and Google Play account. We will pay a fixed-rate and not hourly. When applying provide the following: - details of your experience and active mobile app portfolio especially in the wellness, fitness or personal development niches - provide the mobile app development skills, coding and platforms you are experienced with. - provide average turn around times for mock-up and full development based on your current workload. This may lead to ongoing projects especially in revamping the app and other mobile app projects.
