Need to develop an APP to show local Most Wanted fugitives in my country. App must be develop for both iOS and Android and must include the advertisement section. Data needs to be scraped from the local police department website or slice from a PDF file that they publish and contains all 100 most wanted. The process of scraping or slicing the photos and info MUST be automatic (one click) and the APPs should be updated accordingly in Apple and Google Play. Users must be able to mark a spot in google maps and send the confidential direction (address, gps coordinates, etc) to the police department. All Terms and Conditions and Validation texts will be provided in Spanish by us. Language of the APP MUST be Spanish (although) the design could be submitted to us in English and we make the translation for the Freelancer. Other info like Local Police contact phone, etc, will be provided also to be put as a button in the APP. This will be a free APP for the consumers and will be funded with advertisement income from the APP. So we expect that the Freelancer advise us about the best way to maximize income and recover the investment. Take a look of actual APPS available in the APPs Stores with the same Title. We expect that freelancer submit also recommendations to be included as part of the project. If the app produces a quick ROI for us, we can upgrade it with more things in the near future.
