I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. To begin with the requirements are few, however should the initial application be sufficient further updates to it would be ideal. The initial application is based around providing compensation for users to view advertisements which is a fairly common type of mobile buisiness at the moment. The application would be most similar to the current application known as "app trailers" with a few differences.
For this project I would like the initial application to provide users with the ability to create an account, link that account with a PayPal account, and view video ads from admob and other sources on autoplay. Each ad viewed should be recorded in a point system, each ad worth 1 point and 2000 points per $1.00 payout with a minimum $10.00 to exchange.
The points should be viewable in their account setting, along with their PayPal account payment details
