Fix bug in Android, iPhone and .NET code - push notification issue

I need someone to fix a bug in EXISTING iPhone and Android apps. Recently changed servers from Amazon to a new company and apps have stopped doing what they need to do. (APPS are already built). iPhone .NET backend is pushing content to the device, push is being received to iPhone but content is not displaying with options for user. The app opens and the push disappears. iPhone can be registered to the backend. Android .NET backend is sending push to device however push is not being received on device. For some reason, cannot complete registration of telephone number to backend so device is not stored in MSSQL. Urban AIrship is the 3rd party push notification provider used. Please note, everything was working fine prior to server migration. Code has been upgraded to new framework but issue still exists. Objective The bug needs to be found and a solution implemented to resolve the issue. The device needs to receive the push from the stored procedures in SQL and then offer the options to the end user. After uses accepts terms then content is stored in device and the app. Deliverable This job is required to be completed within four days. Note Only experienced developers with .NET, iPhone and Android experience should apply. If you don't have these three attributes then your application will be rejected.
