Complete an Ionic App

We are looking for someone to complete an ionic app. It is a simple application that should perform the following functions: App/Frontend - user registration / login - several data fields stored in app (basic contact details) - form submission (there are 6 simple forms with 3 or 4 fields in each form) - the form submission is a quote request - a summary of form submissions is stored in the app (or pulled live from cakephp) showing the status of the quote (eg. progress, complete, approved) Backend - upon form submission the data is saved in a database with basic update abilities (eg. a simple cakephp app) - email notifications should be sent when a form is submitted/saved in the cakephp app - when the administrator updates the status of the quote, the user is notified by a push notification and the The base framework is created - nav between screens, form layouts and base templates. The app is currently in Ionic Cloud. We need someone to connect it to user auth, handle the form data submissions and to create the simple admin backend where all user data is stored and can be updated by an admin user. We do not need access to change the user information, only to update the status of a quote. Therefore if it is more efficient to use Firebase or another backend DB we will consider that.
