App. test in Thailand

hello I am a developer for a video transmission system on android smartphones. I would like to test a video transmission from Thailand(Buriram) to Korea. let me explain the process.. download this app(will send later) and start to stream to my pc, on someday in April at Chang international circuit(crowded day is best to test) than I will check the video quality based on GPS. 'speed test' app also needs to check the network condition in the same place. 4g(lte) data is required, video transmission needs high speed mobile data for smartphone. I hope to test with two mobile companies, AIS and DTAC each. both company's direct SIM cards or mobile wifi routers are required, not from MVNO. for example, AIS SIM or router + DTAC SIM or router : good AIS SIM + AIS router : not good DTAC SIM + DTAC router : not good when if you use a wifi router, smartphone would be connected to the router via wifi connection. test will take about 1 hour - AIS and DTAC, half and half two smartphones required, one for the app test(Samsung galaxy S7 or later version) and the other phone for communication with me. * enough 4G data required, a video transmission needs about 1.5Gb/hr, speed test app also spend much data packet. testing position : in the middle of Chang International Circuit in Buriram. someone live in Buriram would perfect. if the video quality is good enough, I will go to Thailand for a project on June and need your helps more. thanks, Choi.
