App receiving signal from Bluetooth Button and then send email

Hello, I need an app that receives a signal when i press a bluetooth button (or more button) AND THEN SEND AN EMAIL WITH SOME VALUES ASSOCIATED TO EACH BUTTON.
These button sent out a bluetooth packet with a unique identifier.
These devices rely on another bluetooth-enabled computer within 10/20 meters to be listening (i want to use a smartphone where i'll install the app you will make).
You must write an app on the mobile phone that detects the button trasmission, when the button is pressed.
Each button must be registered on the app and i have to associate on the app 3 values to each button and then send an email containing these 3 values, when i press the button.
