Database administration including software installation, sizing, performance analysis and tuning, query troubleshooting, backup and recovery Maintenance of, and response to, monitoring for key processes/systems with on-call duty 24/7 via rotating pager Full participation in project lifecycles, including code promotion during scheduled maintenance windows, and participation in engineering reviews of project deliverables. Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required Collaboration with development and quality assurance engineers Tier 3 support of environments issues/requests Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrition Use of Technical expertise in analysis and software development for E-Commerce applications. Create E-commerce applications that communicate with Big Data platforms and various databases. Have back ground of working with e-commerce applications and developing high performance programs on top of data platforms. Working with back end technologies like Oracle,SQL Netezza Experience in designing visually appealing computer programs Define standards and Frame works for front end applications Define and design report delivery frame works in front end applications.
