360 Film Training simulator

I would like to develop a full 360 degrees Film Training simulator with pre recorded videos That allows the user To film and record with zoom and tilt. Giving them the experience of filming at that location. Similar to the 360 degrees videos available on YouTube and other platforms. But with the added ability to tilt and zoom and record with the use of joysticks. I would like to make it a downloadable Software playable on current windows PC. So here is an attachment to a Star Wars 360 tilt that would be similar to what my footage to start would be. So when you start the footage and you click and drag to move through the video instead of using the mouse we I would need to be able to hook a video game controller up to the computer and control it through the thumb joysticks. Right side would be Pan and Tilt and on the left side would be roll and zoom. The pan control would be the left to right joystick on the right side of the controller. The tilt would be the up and down joystick on the right controller. The zoom would be up and down joystick on the left side of the controller, so when you push the joystick forward you would zoom in and when you pull back you would zoom out. the roll would be the left to right joystick on the left side of the controller so when you push the joystick to the right the image would roll over that direction just like if you were viewing it on an iPhone and rotated the phone, like doing a roll over in an airplane.
