Hello Harry, There is a DigitalOcean, they have a data center in Singapore and Bangalore, which provide a reasonably low latency for locations in China, and the plans are cheaper, I am a software engineer, but if you need help I am at your disposal , I will not charge you anything, I work a lot with digitalOcean, Debian servers, I host the software I develop on it.
