This bid is proxy, until req specs settled. Usually I _only_ work on fixed price. dd-wrt router: I can do firmware for these, too, but I suggest to re-consider a device running openwrt. Because of better support, and more up-to-date layered packages, like openvpn. Which dd-wrt device have you now ? Which type of remote devices (clients) do you use ? How many clients ? I assume, you have the WIN10 server up and running, already.
