3) RANGE: EACH NE PORT USAGE (RMON DATA) -Performance Data
4) Using Environment: JDK 1.7, CentOS 6.9, Maria DB 5.56
5) Library-Version Info: JacORB-2.2.4 (for interlocking)

1. Interlock with U2000(EMS) and Corba
2. Measure Each NE Port's Usage
- Port bandwidth availability
- received port bandwidth utilization
- transmitted port bandwidth utilization
- Bits per second of the received Ethernet port
- Bits per second of transmitted Ethernet port
