Linux, Python, Batch - Coding of a VPN cloud hardware system controlled from PHP website

Hi, i need somebdoy in Berlin locally! i am looking for someone, who can finish a system: we operate a cloud based system to manage postal mail. incoming mail has to be registered (label printed from label printer), the content must be scanned (scanner must be ordered to start scan job) and mail forwarding (label for forwarding must be printed on different label printer) - all activities triggered from PHP web-app - all hardware is attached to a raspberry pie server running linux in a VPN controlled from a cloud based VPN server - scanner and printer have to be controlled from web app through the VPN system example: user clicks on adding a new postal item in web-app. with click on "add" a label with the item ID must be printed on label printer A that is attached to a rasperry pie server. printer is not directly connected to web-app computer. the right candidate for this project has much experience with linux systems and how to write scripts and code for the connection to a website. let me know if there are open questions to this.
