Fixing a small problem with some Maildelivery on Exim/Cpanel

I have a problem just on some adresses on a cpanel (Centos 7.3/whm 60 b35).
I get the error on some adresses
R=dkim_lookuphost T=dkim_remote_smtp defer (110): Connection timed out
I can ping the Adress, i can connect via Telnet and get trough all stages of mailsending without a problem. Just with Exim its a problem.
I can provide a log - so i guess its a very easy thing to fix it and get it up running.
