Hello! My name is Nick and I will be happy to assist. Im a certified Linux System Administrator and Ubuntu expert. Just for the record, you cant use RDP to connect to a Ubuntu machine, basically because this is a Windows protocol. Instead, you need to use a VNC client such as UltraVNC. We would require to install a GUI interface and then a VNC server so you can connect to use using a VNC client. Im available in chat now if you wish to discuss this in detail. I worked with different services and servers, particularly, designing of a local data center, management of local and remote sites, and cloud environments. The above-mentioned experience includes work with virtualization technologies, mostly based on VMWare products, cloud services such as AWS, DigitalOcean, and etc. I have proven knowledge of networking and security, thanks to the work experience and Cisco training sessions I participated. The short list of the servers and services include but are not limited to: Web Server (Apache, Nginx, IIS), Mail Server (Postfix, Exim, PowerMTA), DNS Server (BIND, Unbound, MS DNS), Firewalls (Iptables, PFSense, etc.), basic scripting (BASH) etc. As for the project, have installed Desktop version of Ubuntu, or installation of X Server also required?
