Contract for referrals for Michael Keeves
Michael is self-employed and responsible for paying his own taxes etc.
He will take referrals from Carpet Pro for work and is responsible for taking payment from the client.
A record of all work carried out must be kept
He has no claims to any equipment provided or digital property such as the website and social media pages unless he has purchased them himself. All equipment and digital property will remain the ownership of Carpet Pro.
All equipment belonging to Carpet Pro must be looked after, any damage needs to be reported as soon as possible.
Any misconduct deemed negative to Carpet Pro will see this contract and referrals cease. This can include and not limited to being late for appointments, poor workmanship, customer complaints. All equipment must then be returned.
If this contract is withdrawn, he cannot work as a carpet/upholstery cleaner for a period of 12 months else will be subject to repayment of training costs and expenses.
