Licensed/Experience Lawyer and/or Law Firm Needed - Long Term Relationship

I am currently seeking a licensed law firm and/or lawyer to work with on a long term basis that is based in India. The lawyer and/or law firm will be responsible for acting as my liaison with various individuals and entities in which I have outsourced and/or employed in or near India. This will include drafting, obtaining and verifying the validly of various agreements, including but not limited to Non Disclosure Agreements, Agreements for Service, Employment Applications, etc. The position will also include being in direct contact with myself and these individuals. And, pursuing claims against them, if any should arise (for example, breach of contract).
