• Interact by phone with our targeted clients for our campaigns, provide information based on the tele script and conduct follow up calls
• Follow up on leads to gain information on contacts, and companies.
• Make outbound calls to targeted customers according to customer contact cycles.
• Communicate with senior level executives through to front line member of organization
• Maintain a relationship with prospects that are interested in selling on the platform but can’t meet the current qualification criteria
• Must be able to describe the product benefits & info accurately to customers.
• To capture customer feedback & insights to enhance KPI’s.
• Must be able to build a healthy pipeline.
• Must follow up closely with high-priority leads on a daily basis.
• Must create urgency to follow up on customer’s application to ensure deals are closed.
• Accountable for meeting daily, weekly & monthly targets set by the company.
• Daily and weekly progress reviews with Call Centre Supervisor.
• Result oriented & self-motivated individuals.
• Must have at least 1 year experience working in any call centre environment.
• Excellent command in English and Thailand.
• Must have excellent communication & persuasion skills.
