I need a proven closer who thrives on the phone. Your mission is to hunt, qualify, and convert medium-sized US and European companies that can benefit from our RPO and BPO solutions. Cold calling is the core channel, so you must be comfortable dialling across multiple European time zones, navigating gatekeepers, and tailoring a concise pitch that moves prospects from curiosity to commitment. Scope of work • Build or refine a targeted list of decision-makers at mid-market firms in US and Europe. • Craft call scripts and objection-handling angles specific to RPO and BPO. • Execute daily outbound calls. • Book discovery meetings and, when possible, close the deal yourself; otherwise hand off a fully qualified, sales-ready lead. • Provide a weekly summary of dials, connects, meetings set, and revenue closed. Acceptance criteria • Minimum 20 qualified conversations per week. • At least 6 meetings booked weekly with Decision Makers or operations leaders who have Active Job Positions and are needing recruitment support to proceed.
