Finish an incomplete Maths project Yii2, jQuery, D3, SVG

I was working with one of the freelancers for the last couple of months, and her parents had a really bad accident, she will be unavailable for the next 1-2 months which will delay my project. I need someone who is good with Yii2, jQuery, CSS, D3, SVG manipulation and most importantly a gun in primary and secondary grade Maths and has the ability to take someone else's code and take it from there. I will only contact Freelancers, who I believe are good, have a high rate of completing the projects and on time and can maintain a high level of communication. I will also formally ask you a few questions, check your work portfolio. I will provide you with the incomplete code written in jQuery, Yii2 and MySQL as a backend if you are successfully chosen for this project. I want someone long term as this will not be the only project, there are 4 in the pipeline. Overall it's a simple project if you have expertise in jQuery, Yii2 and Maths. I look forward to be working with you. PS: Please don't worry about the budget that is shown to you, I will formally ask for your quotation on what I want to be done. It will not take an able developer more than 4-5 months to complete.
